PUNK BUNNY PRESS CLIPPINGS
Las Vegas Weekly Take It! Album Review 3 stars!!! On their debut full-length, today's fore(skin)?most electro-filth trio rhapsodizes about sexual exploits with the sing song irreverence of the B-52's and the subtletly of peaches. Like Weird Al gone parental advisory, then multiplied 69-fold.- JS January 24-30, 2008
Renegade Magazine Written by Cecil Brown LA's Punk Bunny was so fucking good. Now that was a show you'd have to see to really appreciate. A spectacle of dance routines, bulging underware and simulated group sex. Sandwiched between Lactatious on one end and Sexy Pants on the other, mmm mmm good. Berbati's was sure to be a night of sloppy slurpy excess with Lactacious starting the show with raw and rough raps about tits, dicks, drinking and bling'n. Dirty Oh, Bad Dre Dre and Em Snatch. There was no mercy from Ca$ios beats that 'slap the dick out yo mouth. The girls even black out to end their show! If you happened to see the poster for Punk Bunny, you'll know how disturbing it was. When Punk Bunny came on I thought I knew what to expect. I was wrong. Totally in your face (or on your face) near naked troupe singing about 'suck my balls, suck my hairy balls, suck my dirty balls. 'Simulated sex, a whole song based on T bagging, and a guitar called "Ram it". From LA there was the love child of Freddie Mercury and Danzig, Luigi. Jizzmin and Pinky take the slack and give it back. Electro Punk that left you exhausted.
IMAGOzine A Hole Is A Hole Album Review With a name like Punk Bunny you gotta look good and sound fierce, because the world simply does not need another band of drug-tripping-american-apparel-clad "electro rockers" with crap ass beats. So if you're looking for a fun, raunchy addition to your electro-trash/ punk collection, worthy of the honor of sharing a playlist with the likes of Peaches, then you gotta check out Punk Bunny. A Hole Is A hole features six sexually charged tracks that are best enjoyed under a black light.

PUNK BUNNY's music is a master mix of the past and the future. The cool
electronic sounds of Kraftwerk coupled with lyrics containing the sexual
frankness of Prince are two of the key elements found in the band's music. Dirty
guitars, dance club beats and disco handclaps are thrown into the music stew and
the results are down right delicious.
City Beat PLAN B: Punk Bunny @ Beauty Bar. A filthy-fun, electro-rap duo who make Peaches sound like Tipper Gore. Choice lyric: “ Spread them like you’re giving birth” from “Mustache Ride” MS/punkbunnymusic.

Punk Bunny have been staples of the LA underground since the early 90’s, forming
part of art-punk outfit Marble. After Marble disbanded in early 2002, the duo
resurfaced as purveyors of electro-sleaze – à la Peaches – with a new band
called Punk Bunny
LA Times
"...Lyrically, the duo revel in the more uncomfortable aspects of sexuality. And
posses a lack of tact that rivals a John Waters film. So tasteless it’s
tasteful, if they weren’t so damn clever they would be nearly unmistakable.
Fortunately for all of us, they are that clever. And they are quite listenable.

LA Taco My personal favorite is ‘Rent Me.’ It proposes that hiring a hooker is the affordable alternative to marriage.

Luigi Sandoval, Punk Bunny's mustachioed heartthrob keyboardist, describes the
band's first show: "It was at the Gauntlet and my sister had brought all her
straight crew with her, and they look around and there's leather guys
everywhere, on the TV there's videos of orgies, and on stage there's a guy
fisting himself. It was perfect." Sure, playing weird venues is something any
band has to put up with, but for Punk Bunny a duo that plays electro music about

Bizarre Magazine "My car is fast and it's fucken big..." are the words Luigi sings on this, Punk Bunny's 1st album, and it sets the tone perfectly for this electro-trash mastrepiece, Luigi makes unimaginable filth sound like birdsong on every track - so much so that Pfizer hitmen will probably start hanging around Punk Bunny gigs trying to get a clear shot at her in case she makes Viagra obsolete.

Not because you're not hip without it, but because it's good. You don't even
have to enjoy the genre to be able to have fun with some of these tracks. "Electroclash"
be damned, these synths and beats are ever-changing to adapt to the mainstream
thievery of the indie electronic sound. This is a list of the next big things in
fun and involving electronic music, with a few veterans whose sounds are still

ES: No, he called it 'tame' of all things. Perhaps it's because he's into really
dirty bands like Punk Bunny. Peaches: Punk Bunny's awesome. Everybody's got their own opinion. Yeah,
whatever. May be he thinks it's tame. Punk Bunny talks about golden showers and
stuff. I can pride myself on being inspiration for all those bands. [scathingly
sarcastic] So... Mr. Tame... Those bands wouldn't exist without me. Felch out my
ass, buddy!
